ELSPETH SHERMANClinical HerbalistI support Neurodivergent folks in cultivating positive coping strategies so they can live a more pleasure-filled life. I provide non-pathologizing and trauma-informed care that considers emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
My clients are often juggling a constellation of symptoms related to long-term stress or trauma including anxiety and overwhelm, sleep dysregulation, digestive complaints, focus issues, fatigue. Using herbs, diet, and other supportive strategies, we aim to create a greater sense of ease -- so they feel better as they move through the world in the flow of day to day life. Herbal grief support is an important element of my work. So many of us are struggling to hold & process the weight of the times we are living in. And for many late-diagnosed Neurodivergent people, grieving is important to move forward after (self)diagnosis. |
