FREE MONTHLY STRESS SUPPORT CLINIC
USING NADA ACCUPRESSURE POINT PROTOCOL
I uitilize the NADA protocol, an acupoint technique which was developed to support people experiencing addiction, and is also beneficial for stress, mood support, and overall well-being.
At the clinic, small magnetic beads or seeds are taped to acupressure points on the external ear to provide effects that are both immediate and sustained. This simple ear point stimulation technique is safe and non-invasive, offering a little extra support for difficult or stressful times. The benefits may last up to a week.
Application of the seeds takes just a few minutes. I invite you to rest quietly for a bit in our community/cafe space, but you can leave right away too.
